Why ask for feedback about your business on your Facebook Public Profile? It's simple, really. Asking for feedback-- be it positive or negative allows you to evaluate your company's strengths and weaknesses, and address them publicly. It shows you are interacting with your customers, that you care about your customers, and that you are willing to change your business if it makes sense.
We know that this is scary to most businesses, but we assure you that once you take the leap into public conversation, you will run a better business, with happier customers, and increased sales.
