In this week's Watch Me Wednesday we have buzz builder Barbara Gossin showing us the power of social media and how important it is to listen to your fans. On October 4th, Gap changed their logo from the iconic navy box to a new, modern image. Unfortunately, their fans were not happy! They communicated with frustration by posting negative feedback on Gap's social networks. They recieved over 2,000 negative Facebook comments and enough Tweets to become a trending topic. After a mere 2 weeks, Gap realized their mistake and changed the logo back to the original. Use this example and think about your own company. Do you listen to your fans' complaints on your Facebook page? Share your thoughts in the comments!
