Job Title: Operations Buzz Builder

Directly Reports To: Marketing Operations Manager and General Manager

Indirectly Reports To: Buzz Builder Manager

Job Description: Buzz Builders execute the vision set by #TeamOPS and ensure flawless execution for Likeable operations. They work in teams and have core focuses including content management, brand marketing, and community monitoring. Our Buzz Builders are recruited from the top schools in the New York and Boston area including New York University, Yale, Columbia, Harvard, Boston University, Cornell, and more.

Roles and Responsibilities: This list is not mutually exclusive but here is a better idea of what is expected of you.

  • Responsible for community management of Likeable Media accounts as well as reporting and research.
  • Involved with Marketing on behalf of Likeable Media.
  • Assist in creating newsletters and webinars.
  • Involved with development of standards, documentation and Operational duties.
  • Reading relevant blogs on a daily basis.
  • Maintaining active profiles on a variety of social media platforms.

Skills/Qualities: In order to be successful in this position, you need to possess certain skills/qualities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • An enthusiastic and outgoing personality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Resourcefulness
  • Grammatical proficiency
  • Experience using Google Docs, Hootsuite, Facebook ad platform, and Facebook insights are preferred.
