We're excited to be able to expand globally and create a more likeable world. But for me, building a more a likeable world isn't just about marketing firms, it's about the consumers having more power than ever in this transparent, social media driven world.
Companies are accountable for their actions and have to be likeable in order to succeed. They also need to be responsive and transparent. If they aren't, social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube are there for consumers to voice opinions and hold companies to a likeable standard.
