Revolutionizing Big Businesses: Leveraging Passionate Influencers

In this week’s Watch Me Wednesday, I introduce Mark Schaefer, author of Return on Influence, well-known blogger, and fellow SXSW attendee.  Schaefer, who is a marketing faculty member at Rutgers University, wrote his new book about social media power and influence, and the revolution behind technological advancements.  In our interview, he tells me more about this topic and shares important points for big business social media strategy.  Specifically, he says that companies should create overall business strategies that incorporate social media from the start, as well as building a corporate culture that is focused on listening and reacting.
