Century 21 Open House Series

Objective

Century 21 agents wanted more marketing and advertising support, advice, and professional development tools. We leveraged key members of the Century 21 network to facilitate dialogue between agents and provide tips from those who know the industry best. Through interviews with top-performing agents and brokers, we were able to create blog posts, LinkedIn ads, and informational videos like a ride-along following the day in the life of an agent and a tutorial on how to take better staging photos. By rebranding Century 21 employees as thought leaders, we were able to use social to provide unique value to our audience.
